Burnt carrots of joy
A short few days away living in a wood cabin, cooking on fires, we charred some carrots & rendered them even sweeter than before.
On our return we moulded our findings into the Temple set menu as one of the first
dishes to arrive to the table.
Its remarkable to me how much flavour can be found with such little process involved.
The context of this humble plate isnt apparent nor available, but its important for us to be able to show the genisis of our food.
